How can we say that a physician has a role as a Specialist for a Care Team 1, and the role of Counselling for a Care Team 2?

BTW, http://hl7.org/fhir/careteam gives an error, http://hl7.org/fhir/careteam.html is ok. Is this fixable?

yes, participant.role for the specialist and participant.member to say who the physician is. If you need to say that the physician on the care team is a specialist at a specific location, use participant,practiionerRole.
