Topic: search parameter on CodeableConcept.text

I would like to create a search parameter for CodeableConcept.text only (not support searching on coding element). Is that possible? If so, wold the type be string?

The following question, can I specify the search is full text search instead of standard string search? For example, ?code=cancer AND screening or code=cancer AND (screening OR precedure)
