Is there a way to search for all resources of a Patient ( eg; Encounter, Observations, Conditions, Document Reference) using the patient idenfier. I know I can do /Patient/[logical_id]/$everything . What about something like /Patient/$everything?identifier=MRN

You could define a custom operation that did that, but there's no standard one. You could also propose us extending the standard operation to have that functionality.
