I was playing around with the synthea program for R4 resources; I kept getting a bunch of validation errors based on dom-6 which in the specification is a Guideline; can the schematron differentiate between something that is a rule and something that is a guideline? I just switched off the errors for the dom-6 rule (and given it's associated with the DomainResource can be pretty far reaching)

@Grahame Grieve We should probably suppress non-errors when generating the schematrons. Is this something we can still get in for this release? (And if so, do you want a tracker item?)

This feels like a technical correction to me, and agree that it makes sense to suppress them.
