Hi, the question might be slightly offtopic, but is there a place to report small bugs in the documentation / examples ? For example: http://hl7.org/fhir/observation-operations.html#10.1.20.1.1 there seems to be a copy&paste error, the first count in the response is using "min" instead of "count". With github, i could've sent a pull request with the small fix. Thanks.
