In the reference section of search page, http://build.fhir.org/search.html#reference, there is an example:
GET [base]/Observation?subject:Patient=23
Since Observation resource defines a reference search parameter "patient", http://build.fhir.org/observation.html#search, should this example be
GET [base]/Observation?patient=23
