Igor Sirkovich (Dec 01 2019 at 22:50):
@Grahame Grieve http://test.fhir.org/r4 seems to be down again (Access violation at address 0000000000B74B87 in module 'FHIRServer.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000028).
Grahame Grieve (Dec 01 2019 at 23:01):

@Grahame Grieve, http://test.fhir.org/r4 is still down with a new error "No Database Connections Available for "fhir" (used: InUse 100 of 100: Operation 3 days..."

@Grahame Grieve, it seems to be still (or again?) down with an old error "Access violation at address 0000000003740B70 in module 'FHIRServer.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000080"
Grahame Grieve (Jan 13 2020 at 06:58):
well, I'll restart again...
Igor Sirkovich (Jan 14 2020 at 00:36):
Hi @Grahame Grieve, I suspect either the database or the app might get corrupted: even after restarts, the FHIR server keeps returning an "Access violation" error.
Grahame Grieve (Jan 14 2020 at 01:52):
hmm I'll have a look
Rik Smithies (Oct 09 2020 at 12:58):

Rik Smithies (Nov 05 2020 at 11:34):
This is down again. (And http://test.fhir.org/r3 and http://test.fhir.org/r2 are in Spanish, not that that is an issue, but not what I expected!)
Grahame Grieve (Nov 06 2020 at 18:31):
someone is doing something to upset the server. It's on my list...

René Spronk (Nov 12 2020 at 07:35):
yes. Still happens, when posting the same transaction. I'll DM it to you.
