Is there a way to store notes for a Questionnaire.item? I'm not seeing anything, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

I guess you could include a hidden item using the extensions, but it might be best to have a distinct extension for this. Do you want to submit a change proposal?

There is also an extension for limiting the resource selection when the "type" is reference, so that the resource selection is limited to a profile. I will probably submit a change request for that, too.
