If the system identifier is an oid, I use "urn:oid:[oid value] for the system entry. How would a code the system entry using DNS? Would it be legal to enter urn:dns:[dns value]? In fact what I would really like to know is how to express all the V2 universal id types Table 0301 http://build.fhir.org/v2/0301/index.html in the system entry.
