I see the ClinicalImpression is still at stage 0, even though it has been around for quite some time now. Is there a reason why it has not progressed? Is there a more preferred alternative for Practioner notes? In our case, a practioner creates a monthly comprehensive and a weekly basic note for each patient, where the capture a set of observations, metrics, about the patient's various areas and conditions

The community has landed on DocumentReference for notes of all sorts. There has been little implementer interest in ClinicalImpression
