Is it a known issue that StructureDefinition.url listed in http://hl7.org/fhir/daf/daf-patient.profile.json is http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/daf-patient, which fails to resolve? Are we planning to resolve this before STU3 publication?

Those will get fixed when the next release actually moves up to hl7.org/fhir. At that point, the DAF references will be internally consistent.

that's a question about the existing publication, and no, it's not a known issue. but it is an issue

Is this referring to the DSTU2 DAF or the STU2 DAF we are balloting? Neither resolve right now.
