Just share my puzzling experience about primitive extensions in core structure definitions SD.snapshot.element.type.code and min=1 constraint : 1) extension of primitives is still strange idea 2) can we do not use extensions in core StructureDefinitions 3) this is not so easy to express this in json-schema (almost impossible) - because this is logic code or _code :(
