I'm trying to figure out if the practitioner-specialty value set (http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-practitioner-specialty.html) is still in use (and if so where). I'm thinking it might be a hold over from STU1 and STU2 when specialty was part of Practitioner but when PractitionerRole was created, it used a different value set for specialty rendering this an orphan. Thanks.

Or was this to work out where the valueset was intended to be used, and should it still be linked somewhere?

I'm wonder where it was supposed to be used. If it's no longer used, should it be removed?
