we have other than specialty and role in our database also 'Participation Type'-it can be Admitting. Consultant, Discharger and so on for example. is there a FHIR field "parallel" for this in practitioner role?

From memory, I think that's on Procedure or Encounter, since it could change from encounter to encounter.
