I notice that patient.generalPractitioner doesn't have the option to reference PractitionerRole, only Practitioner & Organization. This seems inconsistent with other references to clinicians (e.g., ServiceRequest.practitioner and ServiceRequest.performer) which can reference PractitionerRole.
Should PractitionerRole be added to patient.practitionerRole? (I think it should be...)

Ok great. I'm currently forward-building my ServiceRequest standard to v4 (looking at v3.2 currently), can I include this with a fair degree of confidence?
