Topic: overlap Document Refence and Diagnostic report note

I'm a bit confused between what shall be outputted thru Document Refence and what shall be outputted thru Diagnostic report for for Report and Note exchange. is there any limitation to what client can output in any of those resources and what can or cannot overlap?

Unless the Implementation Guide you're trying to conform to states otherwise: no.

Pretty much. In part, it'll be driven by what information the system has.
