I have this scenario:
The patient is treated in unit X in hospital. Which element in the organization profile would be applicable to put the name of the unit where the patient is treated?

If the "unit" is a physical location then Location associated with the Organization. The Organization resource is more about the business entity.

If unit is a department, then the unit would also be an Organization, so you'd be dealing with an organization hierarchy.
