Topic: observation from Medication Statement

I have some observations based on a Medication Statement.
But the "basedOn" field in "Observation" does not include Medication Statement.
Any ideas on how to establish this relation?

depending on the context and speicific use case you could use partOf extension or create another extension

basedOn is intended to show the "request" chain - i.e. the Observation was done as a result of a proposal, plan and/or order. It's not intended to describe what the Observation is about.
