Topic: nictiz stu3 and Base R4 profiles

DrugUse and TobaccoUse can be found as nictiz profile STU3 for observation resource but i cannot see similar profiles in base profiles for Observation resource for R4 version. What could be the possible reason?

If you're talking about "Nictiz R4 base profiles" then a discussion on #netherlands may be best (that's where you'll find the ZIB/Nictiz experts). If you're talking about international base R4 profiles: there is no guarantee whatsoever that similar profiles (or: a specialization hierarchy of profiles) exist when one looks at different specifications/IGs, unless a profile or an IG explicitly states there is a particular relationship.
