how to take care of narrative generation?i have gonethrough these docs(https://www.hl7.org/fhir/narrative.html and http://hapifhir.io/doc_narrative.html) but i didn't get clarity. any idean how to implement.

Narrative generation is going to be system and context-specific. You need to figure out (and/or get agreement from your customers/users) what parts of the discrete data need to be exposed in narrative and how that data should be organized and formatted. Then you'll need to write code to turn your discrete data into appropriate HTML.
