I've discovered that contraints on extensions that are present in DSTU2 and STU3 Candidate are not showing up in the current build
examples are allergyintolerance-resolutionAge and allergyintolerance-reasonRefuted - they both have 2 constraints in STU3 Candidate, but none in the current build
presumably that is not intended?
@Grahame Grieve or others - thoughts, or solutions?
