Currently we use the GT1 Segment to determine Guarantor Information for a patient. In the FHIR spec the Patient.contact property is a list of contacts with a relationship. The ContactRelationship guarantor seems to describe what we need to map to, however the HL7 mapping for Patient.contact is to the NK1 segment. Does anyone know of another element that has contacts with a mapping to the HL7 GT1 Segment?
