Hi Grahame, what is the status of $lookup on your STU3 server for SNOMED CT? It works for LOINC, but the following query returns an internal server error for SCT: http://fhir3.healthintersections.com.au/open/CodeSystem/$lookup?system=http://snomed.info/sct&code=404684003

I'll look. I had this week set aside to work on my server, but I'm still stuck on first base :-(
