Hi!
Here is few inaccuracies found during fhirserver-1.0.***.exe installation process (windows):
- install.iss contains '3.5.0' instead of '4.0.0', so if choose R4 it doesn’t work properly (the necessary packages are missing);
- install.iss contains link to loinc-2.64.cache, but installer creates loinc-2.63.cache file.
And I have question:
It’s not clear how to add new package without deleting user data? If use “-packages” option it does work with “-cmd remount” option and it will re-create all tables and user data will be lost.

ok. just fixed the install issues - thanks (but note I just finished issuing a new version, so those fixes are not released yet)
There's no way to add a package without rebuilding at the moment
