where do i find the file igpack.zip? on http://build.fhir.org/validation.html it is written wget http://hl7-fhir.github.io///igpack.zip however the file ist not found there (and also not http://build.fhir.org/igpack.zip). I was able to get http://build.fhir.org/validator.zip for the validator itself.

@Josh Mandel these links in the validation.html page are wrong because http://hl7-fhir.github.io is passed into the build as a parameter when it is invoked, but I can't find where this happens from?
