Where are the templates that the IG Publisher uses to generate the tables for each resource? I'm getting a ton of errors related to "The link XXX cannot be resolved", but the link referenced is not in any of the templates that I built. So, I can only figure that there are some internal templates that are using an invalid link.

First, make sure you're using the most recent publisher. If you're still getting issues, it's probably related to slices that aren't defined properly

@Lloyd McKenzie I have a separate thread running for questions about slices... this I think is a different issue, though. but if you happen to be able to help me figure out my problem with slices, that would be great, too! :)

I think I found it... there used to be a "Services" tab in previous IGs... I was looking for hl7-fhir-github.io/servicelist.html, but the template was using {{site.data.fhir.path}}services.html
