Is there a package of templates for the ig publisher that is being maintained somewhere? I am using templates that are rather old, and there are probably better ones that people are using, but not sure where to look...

there's some simple testing ones in svn - they are part of the test suite for the IG Publisher.

There's also a set of instructions for how SDC does things - see http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_IG_Framework. Eric and I are going to talk in Madrid about merging/improving them.
