Topic: how to model 'on behalf of' ?

Hello folks,
I have a requirement to manage a list of delegates and delegators relationships. So, delegates are allowed to respond to cases (say eConsult) on behalf of their delegators. What's the FHIR way of doing this? CareTeam?
Appreciate some guidance on the above!

There has been some ongoing discussion in Patient Care and Learning Health on how to handle this - most recent suggestion resulted in a change request, J#29730, to expand CareTeam.participant.onBehalfOf to be applicable when a given delegate or proxy is working on behalf of someone else (e.g. allow a Practitioner to work on behalf of another Practitioner). Patient Care has not voted on this change request yet, so comments are welcome and/or you can join any of our Thursday 5pm Eastern conference calls.

Note that the supervisor who had responsibility for any particular action could be captured using Provenance
