Looks like a problem with the default file http://hl7.org/FHIR/index.html works

Despite a date two months old on the web.config file, IIS stopped serving index.html files in the hl7.org/fhir root space. I’ve fixed the problem in the web.config.
I have also added a monitor to our uptime robot account to watch http://hl7.org/fhir for keywords on the page. I understand that there are calls to http://hl7.org/fhir during some processes that rely on it being available. Notifications will happen immediately if there is a problem. The monitor scans every 4 minutes.
