The table of contents in the current build (http://hl7-fhir.github.io/profiling.html) seems incomplete, there are no links to chapters 4+? For example, there is no link to page 5.1.0 Profiling FHIR (http://hl7-fhir.github.io/profiling.html).

I think the new home page is coming along nicely! One area that concerns me a bit is that some of the newest, least-widely-tested content (decisions and knowledge) shows up mright at the top. When folks start there and click through, they might not get the best, stablest, gentlest introduction to the world of FHIR.

I don't think turning the whole game upside down helps, if that's what you meant. Perhaps the top two rows could effectively be merged.
