Hello everyone. I'm currently profiling for a nursing summary. In this context a guardian is relevant and probably the guardianship court which decided on the guardianship. My idea was to profile the guardian as a RelatedPerson and the court as an organization. I'm now tryign to profile that the guardian was appointed by the court, but I don't get very far. Has anyone good ideas?

Guardian can be captured in two ways: RelatedPerson (if you're wanting them to be able to be an 'actor' - author, informer, consenter, etc.) or Patient.contact (if you just want the contact information). Linking to the court or court order would likely be via extensions.

Thanks, @Lloyd McKenzie. I profiled the guardian as RelatedPerson and, as you proposed, I created an extension on RelatedPerson to link the organization to the RelatedPerson.
