I have noticed that the gigantic (50+ MB) expansions.json file is not present in the examples-json.zip file found at http://hl7.org/fhir/2017Jan/examples-json.zip. Did this get pulled out recently? Is there another location to get it from?

it's only available directly; since it's an expansion of the valuesets whoe definitions are in examples-json.zip, it's not also contained in there

@Grahame Grieve it was in older versions of that file, did it get removed recently? Also the code mirror on github suggests that it should still be included https://github.com/hl7-fhir/fhir-svn/blob/master/tools/java/org.hl7.fhir.tools.core/src/org/hl7/fhir/tools/publisher/Publisher.java#L2557 if I am reading this properly. Is there a better location to get these expansions for a specific version of fhir?
