http://build.fhir.org/extension-event-location.html seems limited to only a few contexts (Observation, DiagnosticReport, DocumentReference, SupplyDelivery), so I presume we cannot use it in e.g. immunization.
Is this interpretation correct?

If so, can we make the extension applicable to all the event resources? Ir at least add it to immunisation?
