What does the error: Constraints must be unique by key () constraint.distinct(key) mean? I'm trying to save a StructureDefinition to Grahames STU-2 server, and get it even if I retrieve an existing SD
(GET http://fhir2.healthintersections.com.au/open/StructureDefinition/patient-nationality )
and attempt to POST it back (after removing the id of course)...
