Hi (@Nagesh Bashyam ), This is a question about sending eICR (CCD) document to comply with the eCR requirement. Assuming that the EHR is able to create the eCR document and has the appropriate triggers in place, the questions are

  1. What is the destination to where this eCR document has to be sent?
  2. From where will EHR receive the RR document from?

There is a web page which talks about onboarding for eCR Reporting. You can refer to this for information.

The RR will come back from the PHA.
