In openIMIS platform, the Diagnosis list is implementation specific so defining a CodeSystem for them has to be implementation-based. We are looking for a solution to map them to Condition so the implementation can specify in a Claim the diagnosisReference. Unfortunately, the Condition has the required field subject so cannot be used for generic Diagnosis list.
Do you have any other solution on how to get the list of Diagnosis in FHIR without using a CodeSystem?
