Hello, is there any definition of alarms? We create on patient-questions (-answers) and measurement, specific alarms (e.g. lose to much weight in 3-days) and want to send them.

Typically this would be done with an Observation. You could flag the observation significance as critical or something similar using Observation.interpretation.
