First of all, there's a separate channel you can sign up to https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179188-v2-to.20FHIR which is dedicated to v2-to-FHIR translations.

There is also a project sponsored by the OO work group to develop and disseminate v2 to FHIR mappings. The Confluence page is at https://confluence.hl7.org/display/OO/2-To-FHIR+Project. We meet weekly and there will be a Connectathon track in Montreal to talk more about mapping and tools.
