How does one apply a global constraint such as resource.id and resource.meta.source min ==1 without having to redefine all the individual resources.
Define a default domaineResource profile using ImplementationGuide.global ?

Pretty sure ImplementationGuide.global only works for concrete types. (Imagining it work for abstracts sort of makes my head hurt...)
