@Lloyd McKenzie @Paul Knapp Hi, there are some CPT codes in medical claims which require NDC codes, i.e. CPT codes for injections. In such cases both CPT and related NDC code must be sent in one claim - could you suggest a way to do that with FHIR Claim R3/R4?

Yes, use a 'group' as the Claim.item.productOrService code and add a detail for each of the CPT and NDC codes.
