Hello, this might sounds pretty minor, but some of the capitalization inconsistencies can make it hard for locating structure definitions.
E.g., two extensions,
http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/DiagnosticReport-geneticsFamilyMemberHistory
http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/diagnosticReport-addendumOf
Is there any reason for this / possibility for standardization?

I thought I had these all straightened out. trying to standardize to type-extensionName. can you make a tracker to fix.
