I am getting the following error from Grahame's server
Can't find the structure definition
"http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/phd/StructureDefinition/PhdPatient"
I suppose that is not surprising as the SD is still in ballot and is not yet in the system. Is there a way I can circumvent this error so I can test the IG profiles?

How would I do that? Instructions anywhere? Or is this part of the FHIR spec I am ignorant of?
