http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-vaccine-code.html Expansion section is not working. Seeing "This value set could not be expanded by the publication tooling" and exception from FHIRValueSetExpander.pas.

can you make a task for that at http://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/fhir/tracker/?action=TrackerItemBrowse&tracker_id=677 - it's because it uses a code system not known by the build tooling
