Topic: any server support request with mime type version

According to http://build.fhir.org/versioning.html#mt-version, A server can support multiple versions on the same end-point, if the client specifies which version to support using the fhirVersion mime type parameter. Is there any public available server support this?

In https://www.hl7.org/fhir/http.html#version-parameter, it says that "This parameter can be used anywhere that the FHIR Mime type is used." What is the expectation of server's response if
1) does not support specify version
2) does not support this MIME type parameter
