I notice that the "acceptUnknown" element was removed from the CapabilityStatement in R4.

How does an R4 server declare that it will not accept unknown extensions?

well, you can propose something back.I think the problem was that a single true / false value doesn't match anybody's reality

I'll raise a ticket - but R5 is a long way away for us in the UK. I'll see if we can create an extension in the UK for the R4 at least.
I get the rationale that it was confusing, but as that was 2.5 years ago, I guess it's not something that a lot of people are concerned about.
