Are there any profiles or groups working on wound care in FHIR? We've had a few folks ask about how wound data should be represented in FHIR - the first resource that came to mind was observation or some type of related group of observations..

The CIMI group has done extensive modeling of wound assessment, but I'm not sure whether they're available as FHIR profiles yet. Certainly a good place to start though. Do you know @Susan Matney ?

Thanks @Bryn Rhodes - are those published somewhere I could take a look?

@Danielle Friend , they are published as Clinical Element Models here: http://www.opencem.org/#/20171114/Intermountain/WoundAssert, work to represent them as FHIR profiles is apparently underway, though I don't know what the timeframe is. The work is very detailed and has apparently been validated by national wound experts, so should be a great place to start.
