I understand a contained resources shall not contain a contained resource. However, what should I do if I have in one resource multiple contained resources. Let's say one contained resource is a Patient and the other contained resource is a Condition. Is the contained resource Condition allowed to refer to the other contained resource Patient as its subject using something like "#Patient1"?
