Why is the search Patient parameter email of type token, if it targets Telecom.value element which is of type string?

Well, at least the description says it targets the value... I'm not sure, the FHIRPath expression reflects that...

It's of type token because 'string' search behaviors (starts with, case-insensitive, accent-insensitive) weren't what we wanted, whereas token search behaviors (exact match) were.
