Looking to make an R4 app that reads/writes information regarding orders on a particular patient such as lab and imaging orders.
The orders would have open fields within them so that the provider can add clinical information relevant to that particular lab or imaging order.
The data written in the open fields is then saved in a database to be used later on in a report.
Which scopes would be used when creating the app at code.cerner.com ?
