Topic: Where to identify an Injury

Is there a way to identify an Injury as the cause of an Appointment or Encounter?
That information would tie back to Workers Comp claims.
I looked in Condition but wasn't sure.

"Injury" is sort of a catagorization or assertion of causality for a Condition. Also, is the linkage to a specific injury or to a specific accident/incident? (if you fall off the scaffolding, you may have multiple injuries, but from a workers comp perspective it's usually one incident/claim.
